Designing and building commercial casework to specification is an integral service provided by Elite. With a 12-person shop housed right on the first floor of our building, we’re able to provide clients with the fastest in turnaround service. Our skilled craftspeople work directly with clients to determine their special needs, then design plans and construct quality casework—including commercial counters, cabinetry and signature fixtures that meet a company’s design requirements. Whether fitting new casework or re-laminating existing fixtures on site, our efficient and professional eight-person team of installers is especially sensitive to clients and their customers during open-for-business renovations. They’re dedicated to completing quality projects on time, with the least amount of disruption to our clients’ business.
Shop Manager Rob Larson, who has over 30 years in the business, began his career as a shop clean-up person while still in high school. His first job was with a grocery store construction business, owned by the father of Elite President Mike Boone, where he served a four-year carpentry apprenticeship and gained valuable shop experience. With a full understanding of all phases of building now under his belt, Larson decided to expand his shop experience. Specializing in cabinetry, he spent the next 15 years working in and running shops for two major contracting businesses before partnering with Elite in 2001. For Larson, having great relationships with employees and clients is the key to long-term success. “The most pleasant part of my job is connecting with people and building trust,” says Larson. “We have a lot of repeat customers whose businesses continue to grow, and we hope to grow along with them.”
